Another option is getting your hormones back in balance by supplementing with natural (bio-identical) progesterone. You can get this by prescription in oral form as Prometrium but it is better for your liver and easier to adjsut dosing if you use a progesterone cream instead. The creams are available in the US without prescription or you can get a doctor to write a script and have the cream custom made at a compounding pharmacy. Real progesterone is very safe and has no side effects usually (rarely some women are very sensitive to it). http://www.natural-progesterone-advisory-network.com is a good place to start for information.
