Vaginal Lump and Androgen Insensitivity Syndrome

Help. I have this pea-sized lump near the rear of my vaginal entrance on the inside of my outer labia (or outside of my inner labia). It is beneath the surface, about the size of pea, hard to the touch and can be moved around slightly. Nothing on the skin surface looks abnormal (color, texture) except for this lump. I first discovered it two days ago during a shower and am pretty sure it was not there before. About a week ago, I just medicated myself for a yeast infection. Could the external cream have caused a blockage? I know, I know...see your OBGYN. That's where it gets interesting. I do not have one as I suffer from Androgen Insensitivity Syndrome (AIS) and since I was born without all the internal female sexual organs, there is no real need for me to have an OBGYN. I do have an endocrinologist but don't know if he'd be much help here. I'm scared and I don't know what to do. What could it most likely be?
