Go to a different OBGYN and see a urologist while you are at it. I'm 39 and suffer the same problem but we have also found nerve damage (I can't really feel when I need to pee) so I'm still waiting for the repair (my youngest is only 11 months old). But when I went to the urologist he checked everything. One of the best things that has happened to me recently is having my urethra dilated. A million pounds of pelvic pressure is gone and I feel SO much better. It was a simple office procedure that made a world of difference. I still need to have my cystocele and rectocele repaired in the next year or so, but I feel tons better. Go back to a better doctor because some of your depression is no doubt due to the fact that you feel horrible physically!
