Vaginal bumpsFrom: liz (anonymous@obgyn.net)Thu, 1 May 2003 22:18:44 -0500 (CDT)
About 2 years ago I noticed a few bumps around my vaginal area. My obgyn was out sick so I get a sub and she says it's hpv. My regular lady is there for my next check and she says it's not. I go for a third visit with a different office. They say it's not, but freeze them off and ship them out. Everything came back normal. So what, I ask you, are these bumps that show up at random? Sometimes they itch, sometimes they don't. A friend said maybe molluskas and that if you take the center out they go away. So I've tried that and it's pretty painful. They do go for a while, but within a few months they are back. There are usually about 3-5 and are smaller than a birth control pill. I have no other symptons leaning toward hpv. Any ideas?
