I was wondering - are oral contraceptives okay to use after endometrial ablation for the prevention of pregnancy? The literature encourages women to continue to use birth control after ablation, but fails to say if oral contraceptives are okay. Will this make the uterine lining grow back and thus nullify the good effects of the ablation?
