Should I be concerned about pain in both arms? I know you can't give a diagnosis but I am wondering if I should be concerned about arm pain I am having. When I woke Monday morning I noticed both of my arms were aching for no reason and later that day my fingers were a little swollen. I haven't done anything out of the usual that would be the cause of the pain. Mon. night it woke me about 1 a.m. with severe aching in both arms and kept hurting the rest of the night and morning and last night and today. The severity lets up some during the day but gets worse in the evening and during the night. Also, I have a headache and feel slightly naucious off and on.
