I started perimenopause around 40. Blood tests showed a fsh level of 67 at the age of 42. I am currently 47 and have not had a period in 2 years. A few months ago a noticed ocasional mild cramping. It's not as bad as when I got my periods but it is noticable. I've never seen this in the infomation I've read on menopause. Is this normal?
