2 months of early and long periods while taking allesse

My body had undergone some radical changes over the last 9 months (lost 90+ lbs and lage change in diet to healthy foods.). In the last two months after have no problems with allesse for years I have began bleeding during the last week of pills and also for a few months prior to this my sex drive has been much lower? Is it possible that allesse is no longe the right chice for the new me? Or just a freak ocurrance? If so what other fairly low dose options are there? my family has a history of heart disease so I want to be carefull.
