Ever since February until now of this year, my cycle length has flucuated from 38 days to 40 days, when usually it is a 28-30 day cycle. Is this normal, or does it indicate some possible problem? I have been exercising more ever since January, although it certainly cannot be labeled "strenuous." I do about 20 minutes of cardio 4 times a week. Would this long cycle length adversely affect my fertility? Just in case you need this information, I'm 5'3" and 100 pounds.
