2nd Opinion? Possibilities on lump?

Hi I'm 32 - 2 vaginal births - history of atypical paps - no dysplasia - negative high risk HPV. Most recent pap was normal. Most recent biopsy was cervicitis and ECC was benign. Periods are normal.

About 2 months ago I felt a lump at the top of my vaginal wall (not on cervix but near "base" of cervical canal). It feels like a pencil point underneath the vaginal skin - I can move the vaginal skin over it - it does not hurt and it has not gotten bigger. I went to my dr. who looked at vaginal walls and did not see anything and she tried to feel for it but could not feel anything - (it is all the way up top towards the front wall and hard to reach) - she sent me for a pelvic ultrasound and a transvaginal ultrasound to "ease my mind" which both came back normal. I asked her "then what could this be" and she did not seem to have any answers for me. I really would like to know some possibilities - could it be normal anatomy or feeling a fibroid through the wall or feeling an endo adhesion or a gland or scarring from vaginal deliveries or what - she gave me no possibilities? I feel like because she couldn't feel it she doesn't think it is there - but believe me, even though very small, it is - and I'm concerned...Do the ultrasounds rule out tumors? Should I seek a 2nd opinion?

Thank you so much in advance.
