Sarah, My TSH is at about .88--my doctor also (occasionally) checks my Free T4. I find that as my TSH goes does my FT4 rises (it's supposed to). I've never really managed my hypothyroidism by the FT4, I find that the TSH is enough to manage it in my case. Christine
