quick question my sister and i are debating about. i live in ohio and am affected by daylight savings. i normally take my BCP at 6:00 p.m. since we just set our clocks ahead by one hour a week ago, i assume i should now take my BCP at 7:00 p.m. my sister disagrees and insists i keep my regular time of 6:00 p.m. i'm using a back up method but am getting married in the fall and wonder if i should use a backup method when we set the clocks back an hour. any ideas????
