Sorry to butt in, but has your Dr checked your free T4? I know I didn't feel optimal until mine was at 1.3-1.4. If yours is somewhere around 1.0 or under, you may still experience symptoms, and sleep issues can be one of them, whether hypo or hyper. When I was diagnosed hypo, I had horrible insomnia. May I suggest you check out http://www.about.com and go to the thyroid disease area. There is a world of information available there, and the forums are wonderful! Good luck to you. (Oh, I am now on .075 levoxyl myself by the way) Lisa
