I am also getting back pain similar to sciatica with all the related shooting pains and pins and needles etc. Could the two be related? If so could this be something like a fibroid ? I have had odd attacks of really bad abdominal pain,like a knife twisting(mostly before my second pregancy 3 years ago).Would a fibroid have shown up on my ultrasound scans? I have an IUD and am approx 30 pounds overweight- would either of these trigger mid cycle brown discharge?
