The pill helps many people but not everybody, are you taking it continuosly with no breaks? Anyway, I would get the lap done. A lap has a relatively short recovery time and if it relieves or helps your pain it may be worth it. Make sure your surgeon is experience in excising (cutting out) endo. There is an endo forum on this site, many of the ladies there can give you good advice. Good Luck!
