Two sites you might want to try http://www.hystersisters.com and http://www.pelvicfloor.com The forum on that last one is a gem with a dr who answers questions personally and in detail. Hope it helps. Hystersisters is wonderful. Many gals there can tell you what they went through without hormones. I couldn't take them either. For the first yr, it was hot flashes, but I learned to manage thankfully. Hope it helps. Sounds like you are making the right decision! Make sure you do this for you!
