Leg ache, Ovarian pain, Endometriosis?

During the past 9 months I have had painful periods and pain in my ovaries at any time. I saw a Gynaeocologist and he said that I probably have Endometriosis. I need the Laparoscopy performed. I had university commitments at the time, so he said if I take the pill (Loette) it won't get any worse(if endometriosis is what I have). The pill hasn't helped with pain at all. Last week I had constant pain (pinching) in my right ovary, and a dull ache most of the time in my left. This lasted about 6-7 days, up until my period. My period had normal cramping, but not any ovarian pain. Now that my period is finished I have pain in my right ovary again. I had a pelvic ultrasound yesterday. The results show I have no cysts or abnormalities at all. I had a Pap smear and also an STD check this month. They were normal. I do get a lot of yeast infections, despite following every preventative measure I have heard of. This is since taking BCPills. In the past few months I have had pains in my legs.. mainly my thighs, hip bone and inside my knee. It feels like growing-pains, or worse. I haven't grown for awhile now. My legs and arms fall asleep now. Just lying down with my feet crossed causes them to become tingly. My doctor today said to start taking the pill back-to-back (no period) for three months. Is this all I should do? I feel like something more is wrong. The pain is quite bad sometimes.

I am 19. I am not overweight. I have a good diet. My periods are very regular. They were fairly regular before taking the pill also.

Thankyou for reading.
