Re: Breast soreness disappeared after IVF?

I too took progesterone after IVF. I felt period crampy with both (can't remember about the breast tenderness). I started spotting 12 post retrievel with the first with real bleeding 14 days post retrievel. My doc didn't want to do blood test until 14 days post transfer (about 17 days post retrievel). I finally convinced them to do blood test 15 days post transfer because I was bleeding heavy enough to be pretty sure it hadn't worked and I wanted to get off the progesterone if I wasn't pregnant. And the test was negative so the first didn't work. With the second IVF, I was pretty excited when I passed the 12th, then the 13th, etc days without any bleeding. Then the doc did the blood test and called with results and congratulated me. I said I wouldn't believe it until the second blood test to be sure the numbers were doing what they were supposed to be doing! Then I finally got excited when I saw one tiny little baby on ultrasound (he's 9 months old now). But I did feel about the same after both IVF (the tiredness and crampiness I remember most) so how I physically felt was the same regardless of the success or failure. The waiting is the hardest part...
