I would certainly be concerned that there was a lesion found, but it wasn't biopsied. It seems strange that the doc didn't know if it was endo or not. It is good that you have found a new doctor. Just so you know, I was misdiagnosed several times before I found out for sure I had endo. (I didn't have a lap because it wasn't suggested.) It was suspected because of my symptoms and my sister had it, but my docs wrote it off as nerves and irritable bowel syndrome. Not until I had my hyst for symptomatic fibroids did they find indeed I had severe endo on the left side. It went to the right side in less than a year and a half later. I hope you find an answer.
