Pap terminology question for Dr.

I've looked everyplace I can think of and haven't found the answer to my question. What does it mean when the hormone evaluation on a Pap test says "moderate..." or "marked estrogen effect"? Does it imply that the person has high estrogen levels, is it how estrogen effects the tissue, or am I just way off base on both ideas? Really confused on this and would appreciate even a nutshell explanation or an idea of where I can find the answer. Thank you so much for your help and for offering your services like you do--I'm sure I speak for a lot of people out there when I say it is truely appreciated!
