Missed post - 2nd cone biopsy - cerclage - pregnancy

I have squamous carcinoma in-situ (had colposcopy, pinch biopsies, cone biopsy). The cone results show the lower border is not clear.

My doctor knows I would like to have children. He said I have three choices: 1 - do nothing, have children within the next two years at which time he suggests a hysterectomy after childbirth, 2 - have cryotherapy, children in 2 years & then hyst. He suggested options 1 & 2 beacause normally it takes 5 - 9 years for the cancer to become invasive. Option 3 - have a second cone, hopefully remove the remainder of the cancerous cells. After option 3 my cervix may have difficulty carrying a pregnancy to term. My doctor suggests I have a cerclage put in before I get pregnant. He would deliver the first child via c-section and at the last birth he would cut the cerclage so I could deliver naturally.

Which option do you suggest? Other options? If I do a second cone and cerclage, what are my chances of carrying a pregnancy to term?
