I am also breastfeed and I was prescribed flagyl for a UTI. My family doctor was unaware if it was passed through breastmilk or not. I asked my pharamacist who told me it does go to baby. I was told the baby would get just as much as you. He recommended me getting another prescription such as amoxicilian, penecilian, etc. I hope I helped.
