The answer was that these symptoms are classic for a ruptured cyst. I had the same problems last Dec. as well as almost continual right ovary pain (comes and go's from mild to fairly severe) for about the last 8 months. What other symptoms are "classic" for a ruptured cyst? Could the same symptoms be true for a rupture fallopian tube cyst? Could either kind of cyst, ruptured or not, cause changes in the volume and length of my period and the length of my cycle?
