i have been on tricyclin (sp?) for about four years now and begun to develop chloasma markings on my cheeks. my gyno suggested i try the new, lower dosage yasmin birth control pill, but is it significantly lower in estrogen - could it possibly help? i really prefer not to go to an IUD as i have a tendency to get yeast infections, so im hoping for an oral birthcontrol method to replace the one i am on.
