Doctor's odd behavior (ladies comment please)

Usually I read posts about women being uncomfortable about seeing a male gyn. The twist to my story is I think my gyn is uncomfortable with me- like he thinks I'm going to seduce him or something. At my exam yesterday, he suddenly said "I only think of my patients as a doctor/patient professional relationship. If I got involved with one, my wife would cut my d*** off!"

Needless to say I was shocked at the graphic words. I am a professional, ladylike, married woman who does not know how to flirt with anyone. Later, while he was sitting writing notes, I was passing the time looking around the room. My gaze fell to his lap and he looked up at me, feeling very uncomfortable and changed his position. I wasn't thinking about anything at the time.

I think he is a good doctor and I really don't want to switch. I don't really want to confront him about this. What do you think of this? Am I making something out of nothing?
