When I had cysts on my ovaries, I had a constant ache in the front around the ovary area and ache/pressure in my lower back as the cysts got larger. I never really had any pain. If the ache increases or moves to your lower back area, you might want to call your GYN and have a check-up. My cysts were diagnosed by transvaginal ultrasound. Feel better soon!
