Hi If you are on the pill (21 days) and then are supposed to have your period in the off week, but your period comes a week early because because you forgot to take a pill and it started the cycle, day is the first day of your period? The day you actually see the flow starting or the day of the week you are supposed to get your period? I am using Alesse and I missed 1 pill but quickly took it the day after but started spotting and eventually my period came. On my "off week" I am still spotting but very little. I am supposed to start my new pack on Sunday. Is there anything I should be doing to prevent possibility of pregnancy or will I be safe? Thanks Next message: Alicia M.
