I'm 32, recently diagnosed as hypothyroid and had some unexplained bleeding. Could someone help me with these results to let me know if we should try to get pregnant or do I need medication/surgery? Fibroid uterus measuring 6.5x4.6 cm in transverse diameter at the fundus. Fundal fibroid measuring 2.4 cm abuts the endometrial stripe. Endometrial stripe measures 7.8 mm. A small amount of fluid was noted within the lining. The ovaries are unremarkable. Each ovary contains multiple tiny follicles, suggesting the possibility of polycystic ovaries. Thank you!!!
