I've tried a few brands including Lo Orval (which made me vomit) and Depo shots. I'm now on Yasmine and have been doing well, except I've been having a fair amount of brown spotting for the last week and I still have another week of pills until my period. I am a student studying in Germany and currently on break and therefore traveling a lot, so it's been difficult to take me pills right on time. How necessary is it to take them at the EXACT same time everyday and could that be causing my spotting?
