Since about 2 weeks, I am getting lower abdominal cramps that last for a minute or so several times a day. I had an ultrasound scan done yesterday, and it showed a sac, and the ultrasonographer told me that she wasn't able to detect the heart beat yet. Yesterday, I noticed brownish discharge on my underpants. Today morning, I had it again, and I got worried! are the cramps and the discharge signs of a threatened abortion?
