Lapidus M.D.: "Re: heterotopic pregnancy" I had a heterotopic pregnancy 10/02 which resulted in my left ovary and fallopian tube being removed. Since the surgery, I have menstrual like cramps even when I am not having my cycle. This week I started "bleeding" and it looks very unusual. My cycle is extremely dark (almost black) and lighter than normal. Does this have anything to do with the surgery? If not, what could be causing the cramping and this unusual cycle?
