I feel kind of stupid for asking this, but exactly how does an IUD work? I know that I must have read it on the pamphlet, but honestly I do not know. I have had one for 4 months now (after having baby in September) If you would please be so kind and explain to me how this works, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!
