Having a baby

Can you have a child without a cervix and uterus? IF so what would be the process and what is it called? I was told that I had both ovaries through my last examination. I only had a partial hysterectomy. I really am not sure if I would still have my fallopian tubes. I was told before that you can come out pregnant with your fallopian tubes, is that true?
