skipping pills on birth control so it comes sooner?

I am on ortho tri-cylen and was wondering if I could skip a few pills to make my period come a week sooner because if I don't it falls right on my wedding.. which as you can guess isn't my first choice. My friend is on some form of birth control and is able to "choose" when she gets hers, but mine is in the spin-around thing so I take one everyday, and I was wondering if there was a certain color that's ok to skip, and how many I can skip with out confusing my body. thanks!
