Ok, when me and my fiance have sex, he sometimes cums too fast, and I don't. Well he will do anything to satisfy me so he will take his penis out and wait so he won't cum. Well sometimes he will flick it. Then about 3 days later he was complaining that it really hurt when he got an erection. After that he found a small pea-size lump in his testicles. It was like next to a vain. I can't wait until he goes to the doctor, this has had me really upset. Does anyone know what it could be? Dr.'s please respond.
