Calcium supplements in pregnancy

I am lactose intolerant and tend to get infections if I have too many dairy products, so as I am pregnant, I use soy products enriched with calcium and supplements. I recently have noticed on my Calcium Citrate with Vitamin D bottle a note to ask a physician if you are pregnant or nursing. I have been taking this and Tums for a while. Could there be a problem with that?
