difficulty urinating

i'm on lupron to treat endometriosis right now, so i'm not sure if this is related to pseudo-menopause or not. i feel like i have to urinate, but when i try to i end up just sitting for several minutes with nothing. then i try again later, and get just a trickle. after a few hours, i try again and finally "start a stream" and relieve myself.

is this related to the pseudo-menopause? there is no pain or burning, but my bladder does hurt sometimes. i'm also on wellbutrin 150mg (just started it last week). could it be caused by the wellbutrin?

and does cranberry juice really help?
