47 Years Old & Acne (Cystic) HELP!

Hi, I am 47 yrs. old and am still getting cystic acne. They pop up anytime of the month..dime size hard nodules that start under the skin, become red and swell above the surface, never coming to a head. They can be on my chin, cheek, under my nose and forhead. I have to have them injected (with saline/steroid solution) sometimes two times before they go away. Minocin seems to help slowly but then I have the yeast infec. to deal with. Is there anything besides accutane that will help? I'm beside myself! This has been happening for about 10 years. I have never had "normal" acne..whiteheads, blackheads, pus-filled...just deep, acne lesions. Kate
