Dear Idiot:

There are reasons why some women must terminate pregnancies, and many of them are for medical reasons such as missed abortions (which is the same thing as a miscarriage, which I'm sure you didn't know given your limited intelligence). If you have no intention of responding to these messages in an intelligent fashion, then perhaps you should keep your ignorant mouth shut.
