Possible bladder damage /c-sect linked to frequent UTI's??

I have had two C-sects,the last one in late 2001. Two months after the surgery I had stress incontinence and burning during intercourse. I was treated for a yeast infection and my symptoms went away. Almost 16 months later, I have been treated for four bladder infections with three different antibiotics. I treated myself sucessfully with cranberry capsules for the past one (my Dr. advised this was a mild infection&OK'd). However, after one month of being symptom free, my symptoms have returned, cloudy urine, fever, chills, urinary frequency burning during intercourse etc. Is it possible that somehow my bladder was damaged or adhesions or another problem could have altered my bladder in a way that allows me to easily get an infection?? Can this problem be easily, diagnosed or corrected?? Thanks
