26 yrs old, lack of sex drive, do hormones change this young? help!

For the past 3 or 4 months I have experienced zero desire for sex. I
still love my boyfriend, we are currently living together and things are
wonderful! I will force myself to have sex and I don't enjoy it. I was
thinking of trying to switch pills but I have been on this one for 3 or
4 years. Could my hormones change so drastically at this young age to
cause my pill to have different affects? Please help!
