How accurate is colposcopy? for Dr. please

I am doing to have a colposcopy done in a week due to some changes found six months ago during colposcopy and biopsy as well? I am a bit scared and nerves about what could be found. My questions are? During the colposcopy could the doctor tell how severe the changes are if there are any, like if they are CIN 2/3 or look even more like invasive cancer? Could he/she make the judgment without biopsy? With what certainty?

Last time I was told I have cervicitis (from the biopsy) so could the doctor see if I still have this condition during the colposcopy?

Thank you very much for your time!
