I have been having lots of brown discharge in between periods. Sometimes it's almost black. Other times, like 2 weeks after my period it is more like spotting with dark red. Only other thing I've noticed is a pain in my upper side once in a while, but I've had that forever off and on. Is this something I need to worry about? I don't have insurance, so I only want to see a doc if really necessary.
