Reply: anonymous@obgyn.net: "Re: ?unusual menstration or something?" i am 26 years old and since i gave birth 18 months ago my cycles have been very normal and predictable. my last menstration was Jan. 28~today is March 11. since then i bled two weeks later (when i would normally be ovulating). then my next 'scheduled' period would have been late Feb. which didnt happen. but, i had a very light flow for 2-3 days (mid-feb) and now i have the light flow happening again. i did start exercising regularly (4 days a week) in January. otherwise, i have no health prob's and everythingelse is normal. could my cycle be changing because of the exercising?
