sometimes infection with chlamydia, gonorrhoea may cause systemic symptoms with arthritis, however, these symptomes could be due rheumatic disease, you need further investigations, beside what was the result of endometrial biopsy to see why you have heavy bleeding,D&C is not treatment it is for diagnosis.
