Thank >you!!! >Sharon Sharon, I'm not a doctor, but I am the mother of a 13 yo daughter. Irregularity when first starting is extremely common- usually for the first year , perhaps two years. Her pediatrician will begin to ask about her periods at her annual exam, and if there's a problem later (not likely) , the doctor will advise you.
