Bleeding/spotting for more than two months now

I am 36 years old, three children... last one born in June 2002. I've had two normal periods since since.. but on January 2 started what I thought was my third period since childbirth. Well, it hasn't stopped. It goes from a light to moderate flow..sometimes it's red, sometimes it's old blood. Then on February 22nd.. I think I had a "real" period because it was very heavy. Now I'm back to spotting. I'm not scheduled for a pap until July or August. I hope this doesn't sound like a stupid question.. but should I call my dr. about this? If anything it's just a huge inconvenience... and it's making it awfully difficult for my husband and I to get intimate.

While we were trying to conceive I was diagnosed with anovulation. Is this related?
