I always lost in the first trimester but gained in the last two. I gained plenty with the twins and my dauhgter but my doctor was not happy that I only gained 11 with my son. I tried to gain a few more pounds but was always sick. If I were you I would have a good talk with the doctor about it. I am no doctor but if you aren't gaining any weight I don't know how the baby still grows? Of the 11 pounds I gained my son only weighed 5 pounds 11 ounces of it, and the rest was fluid.
