Aviane vs. Alesse

I am starting the pill for the first time in years. My previous trials resulted in extreme moodiness, enlarged breasts, and slight weight gain. I want to avoid these symptoms in a majorly desperate way. My doc recommended Alesse, but my prescription plan forces me to get the generic brand, Aviane. I read some not-so-good reviews on this forum about Aviane. I know that the drugs have the exact same amount of the active agent (levonorgetrel and ethinyl estradiol), but are the rest of the ingredients in Alesse and Aviane the same? Should I demand to take Alesse? Is there any reason why the two may have different side effects? Or, should the side effects be the same based on equal levels of levonorgestrel and estradiol? Are these drugs specifically lower dosages to minimize the chance of undesirable side effects?
