Probably nothng you can do, and nothing you did. Sometimes something isnt right with the embryo and the body takes care of it. Most likely the embryo was absorbed. I had concieved twins at one time(confirmed by 2 yolk sacs), but on U/S only one was seen, and that is what they told me.
